Translation Quality Control Process
Communicate with customers for their requirements, analyze the document and make the schedule.
Select appropriate translator(s) and form a project team.
Coordinate with translator(s) to complete glossary translation and have customers approve it before the end of translation phase.
The translator(s) accomplish the task according to the schedule while make modification to the feedback of sampled controls and the glossary approved by customers.
The editor(s) will randomly sample the translated draft to control the quality one to three times (at least 1000 to 3000 words at each time) along the translation phase, and check the full text when translation is completed. When necessary, experts in related fields will check the content in terms of subject and senior revisers will polish the text.
Formatting and delivery
Arrange format of the target text up to that of the source and deliver in the form of FTP、email, floppy, disc or paper.
Modify possible errors up to the feedback of the customers timely and promptly. Quality warrant period: 6 months.
